The firm is engaged in providing comprehensive auctioneering and appraisal services and is supported from an administrative perspective by a computer system which has set the standard for auction software.

Customer liaison is ongoing during the interval that spans the timeframe from the initial site visit through to the account reconciliation and disbursements of the final proceeds of the sale.

Chris O’Dea will be personally responsible for client contact and will customize a plan as needed to align with the client needs. The plan may include a variety of elements such as target marketing, direct marketing by phone and email, print advertising and other facets as may be warranted by the nature of the sale. Particular attention will be paid to merchandising, especially for estate sales, as effective merchandising enhances presentation and value.
