About O'Dea's Realty

Chris and Margaret O’Dea are pleased to present the public with the option of dealing with a 100 % locally owned and independent real estate firm. With Chris O’Dea as the Broker and Margaret O’Dea as Business Manager, we would like the opportunity to earn your business.

The formation of the real estate division arose out of the success of O’Dea’s Auction Room. In less than two years, the auctioneering enterprise has established itself as the preeminent estate auctioneering firm on the East Coast of the Province. Many clients have suggested that we extend the enterprise with the formation of a realty division. Margaret O’Dea worked in the real estate business as an agent, in the past, and will now support this operation as Business Manager. Chris O’Dea is a licensed and bonded real estate broker and he will service the needs of clients in the local market, offering assistance in buying and selling real estate.
