O’Dea’s Realty and Auction Room Ltd. is the only local and independent firm in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador that can deal with all aspects of what can be referred to as "Estate Disposition Services".

Here is a listing of services that are available:

1. We will find "downsized " accommodations as appropriate.
2. We can sell your current home, or the home own by the estate.
3. We can appraise the contents for estate evaluations, including appraisal of art, and we can arrange for certified appraisals of jewelry.
4. We can sell by public auction and/or private treaty, the contents of the home.
5. We can purchase household contents.
6. As agents for an international auction house, we can re-direct significant items for sale in major centres, to derive maximum value for the estate or the owner.
7. We can look after all of the packaging / boxing and transportation of household and estate effects.
8. We can provide secure and insured storage space for household or estate belongings.
9. We can refer misc. items for disposition through secondary markets.
10. We can arrange for shipments of personal property and valuables to estate beneficiaries worldwide, as per executor instructions.
