“Trinity Convenience Store”

The owners of the Trinity Convenience have decided to retire form the business and are offering the building for sale, excluding fixtures, for $70,000. A great opportunity exists for an entrepreneur set up a commercial enterprise in this space to exploit the ever growing tourism business in the Trinity area. This structure is in the heart of the Historic precinct of Trinity and one may wish to change the façade of the building, in keeping with the town’s heritage guidelines, with the thoughts of conversion to residential suites or to a single family residence.

The two level structure totals 2880 sq. ft, and there is a two bedroom apartment on the lower level.
